Expect your free consultation to last approximately 30 to 45 minutes. While this duration varies case by case, most fall within this range. Consultations can be done over the phone, via video conference. During this meeting you describe your goals or what you are looking to accomplish. We will explain your options and how our services can help.

In general, development of a new website or other large project will be billed at a flat rate white smaller jobs will be billed hourly. In both cases, a detailed invoice will be provided. All costs will be accessed and agreed upon before development begins.

Yes. For larger jobs, such as a full website build, a down payment of 50% of the total agreed upon cost is required. This policy may be waived for smaller projects.

Plan on two weeks for a standard website. More complex projects, such as large eCommerce stores may take up to four weeks. All clients will be given an estimated time frame for completion upon the start of their project, as well as frequent status updates throughout the course of the project.

All sites will need a unique domain name - this site uses Domain names for most projects will fall in the $10 - $20 price range, and can be purchased from a number of online sources. We can work with a domain name that you already own or purchase one on your behalf as part of our services.

Hosting is another associated cost. A host rents computing power and storage for the code and data that run your website. The monthly cost of hosting depends on the needs of your site. Costs range from $10 per month to over $100 per month for more complex sites. We can work with your existing hosting provider, but we recommend use in our hosting solution. We offer attractive pricing and ongoing customer service through our hosting solution program.

Other associated costs include email providers, CDNs and other third party services. These needs are assessed on a case by case basis.

An eCommerce website is any website that displays and sells products to users. These sites take more time to develop because they are more complex than basic informational websites. Generally, eCommerce websites have all the features of standard websites, plus an additional set of eCommerce specific features. These include but are not limited to the following.
